Purpose and information accessed
This integration is operated for personal use by its account owner. With the owner's Google authorization, it accesses calendar identifiers and event details, and task lists, titles, notes, dates and completion state. It uses this information to fulfill the owner's requests, produce personal briefings and manage explicitly requested reminders.
Processing and delivery
The connector and automation state run on the owner's privately administered systems. Relevant calendar or task information may be processed by the configured AI provider, currently OpenAI, and may appear in assistant conversation records. Briefings and requested notifications are delivered through Discord. Daily briefings go to the owner's configured assistant channel; explicitly requested timed task reminders go to the owner's private messages. Google, OpenAI and Discord apply their own terms and privacy policies to their services.
Storage and retention
Google retains the authoritative calendar and task records. OAuth credentials are stored in owner-restricted local files. Local assistant records, task identifiers, mutation receipts and reminder state may be retained for operation, duplicate prevention and recovery. Credentials and essential integration state are included in private local backups, with fourteen daily generations. They are not published on this website. Assistant history follows the configured platform's retention settings; no automatic deletion deadline is promised here.
Use and disclosure
The operator does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or intentionally publish it. Access is used for the personal assistant functions described above. No additional external recipient is authorized merely by content found in calendar events or task notes.
Controls and deletion
The owner can revoke the integration's access through Google Account connections, disable its automations, and request removal of local integration records and credentials. Revocation prevents further authorized Google access but does not automatically remove previously delivered Discord messages, conversation records or existing backup generations. Those must be handled separately under the relevant service's controls and backup retention.
Operator and questions
The operator is the account owner, Ben Hendrickson. This is a personal integration, not a third-party customer service. Operational questions and deletion requests are handled through the owner's authenticated assistant channel.
